I do not take insurance but can provide an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for residents of WA State. Most insurance companies will provide a percentage of reimbursement for my services as an out-of-network provider. This invoice can also be submitted for flexible spending accounts.

A sliding scale is available for those in financial need.
